Ant Hill 23, pegboard

At first glance, an Ant Hill Pegboard may appear simple, and so is the training. However, the training is incredibly challenging and effective. Using the pegs, you shimmy from one hole to the next. During this movement, your entire body weight is supported by only one arm. In this blocking position, you engage nearly every muscle from your neck to your thighs.
